Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Excellence in Coaching & Mentoring (CECM), an accredited training provider with the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE), is opening new doors for health care professionals seeking to enter the coaching field. Their 32-hour, immersive training program equips participants with a relationship-centered, empathy-driven coaching framework that transforms everyday conversations.
Designed for health care professionals worldwide, the 4-day course delves into core coaching principles with a focus on practical application. Graduates report enhanced communication skills across clinical, professional, and personal contexts. Participants receive electronic course materials, participate in debriefs, and after meeting additional requirements, can qualify to sit for the CCE’s Board Certified Coach Examination (BCCE).
Beyond the classroom, learners gain access to ongoing CECM collaborative calls, offering continued development and a vibrant community of practice. Whether enhancing your role as a coach, mentor, educator, or leader, this course is a vital step toward professional growth in the evolving landscape of health care coaching.
Though CECM’s course is focused on health care professionals, the course is open to all those seeking to learn coaching skills, and all those seeking Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential training hours.
Join CECM for their next course held Oct. 9, 10, 22, and 24, from 8 am–5 pm EDT. CECM Healthcare Professional Coach Training
